Artec Industries has and continues to run Operations and Manufacturing during these challenging times. While we are working the best we can, we are still experiencing some supply delays and thus causing extended shipment delays.
In addition, shipping carriers in some areas may have delayed deliveries of packages. This is most prevalent in California and other high population areas but may include other states as well. THIS IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL and reshipping a package does not solve the issue. However, we do email you a tracking number at the time of shipment which you can actively follow during the shipment’s progress.
If your package gets held at your local facility, PLEASE CALL THAT CARRIER DIRECTLY WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER and request a pick up at the facility, which they may or may not approve. Most packages are delivered on time and delayed packages do get delivered eventually but delays have been noted widely across the country.
