Returns - PLEASE CALL 855-278-3299 TO OBTAIN AN Return MeRchandise Authorization (RMA) NUMBER PRIOR TO RETURNING ITEMS. All returns must be within 30 days from date received. Products MUST NOT BE MODIFIED IN ANY WAY, and must be in resale condition. No refunds on shipping. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee or more depending on return condition. Any returns received with poor packaging, will not be honored. Shipping charges are not refunded if item has already shipped.
Incorrect Parts - It is the responsibility of the customer to IMMEDIATELY VERIFY that all parts received are correct. No exchanges will be made on incorrectly shipped parts after 30 days from date order is received. Artec Industries will not be held responsible for the installation of incorrect parts. If incorrect parts are shipped, Artec Industries will issue a return shipping label, however correct parts will not be shipped until original parts are received back. If urgent, the customer may choose to purchase the parts again and when the original parts are received back, the returned product on the original order will be refunded. Replacement parts will be sent via the original shipping method (or comparable) and will NOT be shipped EXPRESS unless customer covers full cost of EXPRESS shipping.
Damaged Shipments / Missing Parts - Keep all original packaging INCLUDING BOXES, PACKING MATERIAL AND PACKING SLIPS so the shipping carrier can issue an insurance claim. Replacement parts will be sent via the original shipping method (or comparable) and will NOT be shipped EXPRESS unless customer covers full cost of EXPRESS shipping.
