Rebuild Phoenix 4405 Battery Mount

Fire Destroys "Land-Use Awareness" 4x4, Offroad Community/Artec Vow to Help Rebuild

 

Benson, AZ - June 1, 2010 -- Artec Industries LLC, manufacturer of aftermarket battery mounting systems, has recently released a new Limited Edition Phoenix 4405 Battery Mount to help support an international effort to build a new offroad vehicle which promotes good offroad behavior. The battery mount prominently features the new buggy's logo (designed by Artec Industries' Nate Price) and will be featured in the vehicle itself. Sales of the Phoenix 4405 mount top ($20 value) will directly benefit the rebuild effort with 100% of the proceeds going to the organization in charge of the rebuild.

 

Recently the former 4405 "Land-Use" buggy was destroyed in a random garage fire at the owner, Travis Carpenter's home. The buggy was mainly paid for personally by Travis and the buggy would have been far too great a personal cost to rebuild on his own. Without hesitation, members of the international offroad community including vendors such as Artec from the U.S. to Pakistan have pulled together and donated thousands of dollars and parts to the rebuild.

"[Travis] is involved on a daily basis, nationwide, to help educate and inform people of proper offroad trail manners. He helps keep are beloved trails open and we wanted to show our appreciation for his efforts ."
